Who we are

This website, quotemesa.com, is operated by Arif Dursun Kaya, Bursa 16000, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, including for the purposes of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). What this notice covers

This notice covers the quotemesa.com website and its access request form. Documents and data that customers process in the QuoteMesa application are handled under the agreement made with each customer, not under this notice.

What we collect

When you submit the access request form, we store:

• your work email address (required);
• your company, role and how often you compare packaging quotes, if you choose to provide them;
• the page the form was submitted from, the date and time of your first and latest submission, and how many times you submitted it.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not set cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Why we use it

• to reply to your access request and discuss using QuoteMesa (steps taken at your request before a possible contract);
• to keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and who processes it

The website and the access request database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may process this data in countries outside Türkiye, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on the transfer mechanisms provided by applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep access requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request earlier at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, ask how it is processed, or object to its processing, including under Article 11 of KVKK. Send your request to founder@quotemesa.com. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, for example when new features are added to this website, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
